The Experience
The Tour of the Peak Long is one of Britain's most demanding sportives, covering 183 km through the Peak District with over 3,700 m of climbing and 30 categorised ascents. Three landmark climbs define the day — the narrow limestone gorge of Winnats Pass, Holme Moss on the high moorland plateau, and the Cat & Fiddle road, one of England's highest. Starting and finishing at Bakewell Show Ground, expect 7–10 hours of riding.
